Thank you for shopping with Friendly Overthinker! All our products are custom print-on-demand, made especially for you. Please read our shipping policy carefully.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer
- You will receive an email update once your order has been shipped
2. Shipping Partners We work with trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC to ensure reliable delivery across India.
3. Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 8–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.
4. Order Tracking Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. Use this to stay updated on your delivery status.
5. Delayed or Undelivered Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please check your tracking details first, then contact us at friendlyoverthinker.official@gmail.com with your order number. We will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product Please report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
7. International Shipping We currently ship within India only.
